Throttle Body 

The throttle body is a vital component of the engine air intake system, installed between the air filter and intake manifold. It controls the amount of air entering the engine by adjusting the throttle plate opening, which directly determines the engine operating load and power output.We supply both mechanical throttle bodies and electronic throttle bodies (ETC). The electronic throttle body receives signals from the accelerator pedal sensor, and the ECU drives the built-in motor to precisely actuate the valve plate. Integrated with throttle position sensor (TPS), it feeds real-time position data back to the engine control unit for accurate air-fuel ratio regulation, ensuring stable combustion, smooth acceleration and optimized fuel efficiency.Our throttle bodies are manufactured with high-precision machining, wear-resistant shaft and sealed bearings.
